A Very Vegan Valentine's Day

This year was completely different than every Vday my boyfriend and I have spent together. This year, we stayed at home (not at a swanky hotel in the city) and cooked! However, Tim cooked me a delicious dinner - I was in charge of dessert, of course - and it was all vegan! 
This gluten-free quinoa bread was insanely good! Spread with an olive and roasted red pepper tapenade and of course, Daiya cheese!

It was absolutely delicious. Although, I totally fell asleep after two glasses of wine. Oops.
